Per Hunter Specialties...
On June 1, 2002 Hunter's Specialties will release "PrimeTime Bucks 6" and it
promises to be our best whitetail video yet. Okay, I know we said that last
year too .... and we weren't exaggerating, but this year has been absolutely
phenomenal.
This year's feature hunt will be Stan Potts and his 220" class monster.
Grunted in with a TrueTalker, Stan and videographer Pat Reeve got some great
footage. We have yet to confirm, but this may be the largest buck ever shot
with a bow and filmed with professional broadcast cameras.
But, Stan wasn't the only H.S. Pro Staffer to have success this year. Eddie
Salter harvested a 10 point-165" with a bow, Alex Rutledge got a 168" also
with a bow and Matt Morrett bagged a 152" Saskatchewan buck with a
muzzleloader. These are, by far, the largest deer take by any of these pro
staffers and captured on video.
Be watching for "PrimeTime Bucks 6" June, 2002. You won't be disappointed.

Alex R and deer hunting in those videos always make me laugh. This guy misses, screws up etc more than anyone else on camera. He should stick to Turkey hunting where he is good.

met stan at the illinois deer show in 2000.
came off as a really nice guy..
told him if I see one more article with him in it in north american whiletail I was going to strangle him!!! we had some good laughs.
his other buck from the clinton lake power
plant was just awesome.....

Stan has a lease on several hundren acres in west central Illinois. This was a free range buck. We still have two more hunts scheduled on that same property.
