Moultrie still going strong!

I put the old cheapo Moultrie over a mineral lick just to see what was going on , and learned a good lesson. 256 photo's later....you need to set the delay for more than a minute, or you will have that many photo's of does and yearlings. This buck wasn't too bad, ....he just needs a couple more years on him.

Nice pics! How long have you had your Moultrie? I am thinking about purchasing one. What is your opinion on them? From the way it sounds, triggering doesn't seem to be a problem for you!

I've had the Moultrie for about 2 months now. I think it's the best $100 bucks I could have spent. Don't get me wrong, you won't get the sharpest pictures or the fastest trigger speed, but set up right it has worked just fine for me. Like I said, I got over 250 pictures in 3 days from this mineral lick, and only 30 pictures were void of deer. You could say they hang out here quite a bit.

While not a Moultrie, I too made the mistake earlier this year with a short time delay over a mineral site. 250 pictures of does and fawns that really must have liked the tounge candy.

But, that's exactly whats so great about the digitals. Didn't cost a dime to clean off the memory card and go at it again.
