I just got my hands on a clearance model for $170. Anyone who has the stand how has it worked out for you? I love the sticks, just bought a second set actually. Really excited to hang and hunt this thing Friday, but concerned with longevity and constant pressure on the "cam system".

If any of you who have this stand or have used it could chime in let me know. I did notice, the one I got was the original, smaller platform version (also doesn't have the covers over the cam locks).

I bought one and used it a few times this year. I like it a lot. I wish I got the smaller platform. I don't move around much in the tree and a smaller stand to pack in and out would be better for me. The pressure on the cams doesn't scare me. I wouldn't worry about it at all...I love how quiet that set up is with the muddy sticks.

I've used one two seasons now and like it a lot. Really quiet to put up and have not had any slippage problems
