A new idea?Wonder if it is legal here in Iowa?
Only part loaded down the muzzle is the bullet.A centerfire muzzle loader.
I perfer using real blackpowder and shooten roundball.Loading from a powder horn and measure i made my self with my greasy patch from material i buy by the yards. Now thats muzzle loader hunten.
On the other hand i shoot a one cam bow that has a IBO of 330 fps,so i guess i aint one to complain about tec advances.
Just wonder if this new centerfire muzzle loader thing is really legal?

We have taken the unrelated and combined them into something that will revolutionize the modern in-line muzzleloader.

Interesting that they act like this idea is something totally new.
H.M. Pope, arguably the best barrel builder of all time was using this concept with his guns in the late 1800's. The accuracy of his guns is legendary, with half dollar sized, 10 shot groups not uncommon at 220 yards.
His guns were commonly a Ballard action with one of his barrels. He would insert the loaded cartridge then load the bullet from the muzzle end. This assured perfect centering of the bullet in the bore.
He also didn't clean between shots since the style of his rifling and bullets "cleaned" the bore with each loading.

It will be interesting to see if this new use of Popes concept will be found legal for muzzleloading use as the regulations are now written.
It is definately a proven concept that works.

Im wondern if the encore barrel will handle the pressure of smokeless powder?

an encore will not handle the pressure, unless you got it in a 270 model.
