Nebraska Birds Down- 5 tags filled. Video Included

The Hunt Never Ends....
It’s was an exciting 4 days of hunting in North-central Nebraska for Wright, Wilkerson, Bonner, and myself. To be honest, I saw more birds there in 4 days then I’ve seen in Iowa in the past 4 years, however, the hunting was tough as the birds were still grouped up and not very responsive to calls. Although the birds were not the most workable I’ve ever hunted, we still managed to fill 5 of our 8 tags.

Dwilk and Wright filled all 4 of their tags before I even had a bird on the ground.

On day 3 I finally managed to put an arrow in my first Nebraska bird;

All in all, I had a great time. The people of Nebraska were super nice, the countryside was more than beautiful, and the population of birds was extraordinary. I can't wait to go back next spring, but first....it's time to kill some Iowa birds :way:
