Fellas,
Back in April I had an unfortunate event with my home being broke into and the one item that I will really miss that was taken was an 11-87 Premier 12Ga. My dad bought me that gun new when I was 10 and I loved that thing. It was a beautiful gun, nearly in mint condition the day it was stole, and more than that I learned how to shoot her very well both in the field and at Clays.
So now that things are wrapping up with the insurance company I am looking for inputs on a nice field/trap gun. I am looking for a semi-auto as I already have a nice O/U and am looking to stay < $2000. I would prefer to stay away from the Benelli's as I am not a huge fan of the inertia system when running alot of rounds. Any input anyone might have on which guns to look at please send them my way.
I have become a beretta guy over the last 4-5 years and was looking at the AL 391 stonecoat and AL 400 series. Anyone have feedback on either of these.
