I put out the camera last week and did a little scouting afterwards. When I was leaving I saw a set of ears sticking up just over the top of the alfalfa about 25 yards away. I walked towards the fawn until it got up (about 10 feet away) and videoed it bouncing off. It stopped and turned and looked back at me for a few moments and I took this shot. I thought it was a cool shot with him and all the green around.

NICE PICTURE. JUST THIS MORNING BEFORE
WORK I CAUGHT A DOE JUST OFF THE ROAD
DOING HER MORING "DUTY". I TOOK A PICTURE BUT IT DIDNT TURN OUT. IT WOULD HAVE MADE A GREAT SHOT AS SHE HAD THAT "DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS" LOOK THAT SHE HAD BEEN CAUGHT.

I think that would make a great calander photo for a spring month. Great color and composition.

Good job.

Awesome photo Moose! I am in the publishing buisness and that is a cover photo if I ever saw one! At least a full page photo to start a article. Is it digital or film? You should email some copys (low res.) to some mag publishers to see if they want to buy it. That photo could buy you some nice hunting stuff!

Head. It's a 35mm. I had a 200mm lens and zoomed about 1/2 way with 800 speed film. I knew it would be a cool shot when I took it, with the sun behind me and all. I never thought about shopping it around. Maybe I'll do that though. Tanks............
