There's frequently some rumblin's around here about some members wanting to take up a recurve or longbow.
So...I thought some of you would be interested in this new recurve design. It seems like it would be a nice transition from compound to a traditional style bow.
Basically it is a riser that is crafted to accept ILF Olympic style limbs. The neat thing about this is that the ILF style limbs have a ton of research behind them and some brands are considered the best in the world. The riser is shorter than Olympic style bows, which finally gives people an Olympic style bow in a short enough length to hunt with. They are designed with taps for all the accessories you fit on your compounds and also can be shot off the shelf if you wish. The draw weight is also adjustable. Pretty neat design that has been a long time coming. Much like the Bowtech reviews, you hear nothing but praise for the quality, performance and accuracy of these bows. Most reviews have people calling this the most accurate hunting recurve they've ever shoot.
If anyone here happens to have experience with them, I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts. I am going to pic one up in the near future, myself.
