I know to many of you, us, speed of your bow makes no difference. But to the other half of the archery world, speed does matter. But this is something that all should be amazed at!

I had a gentleman who cares more about speed that just about anything else. Going from a Bowtech Black Night 2 shooting 325 fps at 31 inches and 70 lbs to an x-force... Well last night I set his bow up and then came the ultimate test! The Chrono!!

Here was the specs.
72 Lbs of draw weight
30.5 inch draw
352 grain arrow
And the speed?

FREAKING 361.4 FPS........... I about died. That is ridiculious, but man was it fast!!! I know that most of you think it is silly, but to some people speed makes all the difference. Me, I couldn't care much either way.. But think about it, that is over 100 fps fast than most bows today. Wow!!!

Just thought I would share this with you guys, because I was so amazed with it last night!!

He is headed to Canada this weekend and back next weekend and then we will test it. My assumption will be he should be flat anywhere between 45 and 50! I know that at 308 with my brother in laws he is flat to about 31 or so! It will be interesting to see. Problem was, we have speed delta speed traps for range targets, and it was blasting through them. And with delta 3-d targets, you wouldn't even wanna pull the arrow 30 times at a shoot. The penetration was unbelievable.

Ironwood, this is your cow shooter!!!!

LOL That is still up for debate! He was shooting it well. He went with the new Hot Dot, and actually, I was pretty impressed with the sight! Not too heavy. I am not a fan of battery sights, but That thing was nice(if you have a genius to read the instructions to you.

What if you draw to shoot, but need to let down? Can you do it with one of these bows without ripping your shoulder out of the socket?

i won the 70lb x-force but my draw is only 28". Mine is set at 70 and with a 350gr arrow im 330fps. at first it is a shock to let down if you need to but now that i've shot it a bit it just seems second nature. I LOVE IT....
If anyone hasnt shot one and is lookin to buy or just curious like i was BEFORE i bought mine they are great guys are always willing to help in any way!!!.

Well ... I'm a sucker for speed

I just picked my new X-Force up today and I'm very impressed - thanks Brady for staying late and setting me up!

Very quite, virtually no hand shock and super fast. I went from a 27 1/2" 80lb Hoyt shooting 290fps to a 27" 70lb x-force shooting 302fps using the same 420 grain arrow .

Here's a great link to help with your bow set-up ballistics.

I just got back from Double A Archery (IW Sponsor) and I just ordered a 60 pound X-Force for myself. Cant wait to get her all set up. I'm sure I wont be getting 360 fps but I should be in the 300-310 range.

And yes again. There is virtually no hand shock in this bow. It will surprise you guaranteed people!!
