New spypoint

So spy point now makes a really expensive cheap camera. Do I have that right?:)

Bkcrrtnps, Do you have one or know someone that does? How is the battery life? I know one of the cameras that I was researching had bad battery life. Thank you.
These just came out for Verizon this week, any review from before is invalid because they used a crappy service provider. Battery life is good if you use the optional battery

I have a fiend testing it and on regular batteries he's getting 3 weeks but getting 1000s of pics, with the optional battery he's at 2 months right now. It's like any other camera, pros and cons! Being able to adjust settings, monitor camera and get pics is great. Under 1 sec trigger, 1 sec recovery and good customer service are all pluses

I think covert may have verizon next yr? If so, covert quality & Cust service r tops and price is a lot lower.

They already have it. If folks can track stolen cams- oh no, I better ditch a massive stash!! ;)

Yes it's already a done deal but the over 1 sec trigger sucks IMO plus you can't monitor, change settings from cell phone with it

U sure? I thought you could text things to cam with 2014 model to change settings? I may be wrong. I've had no issues with trigger speed what-so-ever but ya, I'm not sure on trigger speed, you very well could be right. Hasn't been a problem for me though. My bigger problem is other cameras that have ZERO trigger speed cause they aren't working.

I didn't hear any mention of Cuddeback lol, I may be wrong on the texting to change it. Does it track GPS or can you see battery status?

Each pic I get has a picture of battery status. & I got a low battery text too, it was about dead though.
Cuddebroke's are great cameras, I had one work one time, until the next day when it wasn't working.

Does that mean he is receiving thousands of individual emails from the camera or does it mass send at certain times?
