With the weather and time of year changing all-around us, it’s time for some new Whitetails, Inc. to wet your whistle for some hard-core bowhunting prep-work! Tips, tricks, equipment, and techniques are the topic for discussion in part 1 of “3 Days to Die”. If it’s not the best free whitetail show you have ever seen, I will give you a full refund!

Check it out at www.whitetailsinc.com

Trim those sets, wear a harness, tune those bows. It’s almost here….. For those of you who are already hunting, good luck – and shoot straight!

Way to get after it, good to see videos like this that really prove I'm not crazy being out there in the heat with the mosquitos trying to get things done. Lol I like the start when you swim the creek.

Todd, it's obvious you didn't grow up along a river. Us river-rats know, that you walk upstream of your intended "landing" and swim with the current. Glad you didn't drown...and I love the video, but seriously, swim with the current next time:way:

Well, I figured I was going to be taking a bit of a ride, I just wanted to make sure it was on-video! he he he...

Alright, why is it that the last video played on my Android, but this one won't??? My work just blocked your site so I actually have to watch them on my own time now.. :thrwrck:

Todd, dont you worry about hunting too deep in the bedding areas and blowing everything out. Without a slick way in and out it looks to me like unless you kill on the first sit you will educate all the deer real quick. I can see those sets being good for a few all day sits in november but I would worry about boogering up too much going that deep.

I put as much time planning entry and exits as I do picking a tree. You are exactly rigtht, you have to be able to get into them.

Usually, I'll set a stand for mornings only in a bedding area where I can access them from the back-side from the feeding areas. I have several killer approaches for morning sets. Some are as long as 1.5 mile hikes, and I usually like to get into these types of set's a MINIMUM of 1 hour before shooting light. That's being completely set-up with a cameraman and sitting down waiting.

Other bedding area stands I'll set closer to field edges so that I can access in the afternoons. Usually these are the spots that are pretty close to the food source.
