Just to get everyone know what happened with the binoc's I sent in for warranty, well they sent me a new pair no questions asked.

You have to like that for warranty service!

Who did you call for warrenty issues and did you have to have your sales receipt? I have a pair that needs some work.

I just went to the website:

www.nikon.com

from there I grabbed a number for customer service and made a call. They told me to send a copy of my sales receipt and warranty card. I put all three items in a box and in 2 weeks I had a brand new set of binoc's at my home. Now that's service!

I called them and without my sales receipt it will cost $21.50 to get my Monarchs up to snuff. Not a bad deal at all. They will also get more business from me.
