Can a nr landowner get a deer license without having to go through the lottery like regular nonresidents. I know in Illinois the NR landowner got so many tags based on acerage of land owned. Thanks

Welcome to the site...to answer your question, no a NR landowner is required to go through the lottery. Antlerless tags are available though. Hope this helps.
