NR license

I was wondering if they had any tags were left for NR,doe only tags and what zones were avaiable. Don't they start selling them JULY 3RD? There must be a link to it !??

The July 3rd date is for nonresident landowners.

Forgot to add that the rest will be available for purchase around July 17th ,I think. I'll be doe hunting this year too.
