NRLO tags v2.0 HF 2323

Another version of the House bill from the same Representative. This, in my opinion, is a watered down version, the NRLO only needs 40 acres instead of 80. The prohibition on CRP is gone, the prohibition on forest reserve is still in, beginning farmer and depredation plans are still in. There is more that references the code but that's in the deep grass and will take time that I don't want to spend to figure out.

Both resident and nonresidents will suffer if this passes. Unfortunately, people are thinking for themselves on this one and not the overall impact to the hunting and access to it.

I decided not to wait on this one and emailed the entire house NRC. Not happy at all. I politely asked them to not even assign it to a sub if possible and to reject it all similar bills in the most definitive way possible.
