Off spring?

The buck in the first pic I harvested four years ago. The buck in the second pic I just recently got off of my digital camera. I noticed some similarities in there racks (Other than the broken G-3). The camera was placed about and 1/8 of a mile from were I harvested the first buck. Do you think it could be one of his off spring?

Looks pretty close to me. Just think you could have a whole family on the wall

Definitely could be. Those main beams are real similar.

Sure could, looks pretty close. A lot of the bucks in one area I hunt have a similar rack feature, crab claws.

Except for the broken tine, almost looks like the same buck.

That's the fun part! I am constantly comparing sheds with new trail cam pics.

You can definitely see certain genetic traits being passed on year after year.
