off topic, but i need help!

I am restoring a truck, and I need some gas tank straps. The top ones for a 1992 Ford. And do you think I can get them anywhere..nope, I have tried and tried, and still have came up with nothing. Anyone work at a parts store or something that could possibly help me out? PM me, thanks

Get in touch with Dougs Four Wheelers in Pella! That is all he does is restore old trucks and he has contacts for all parts.

get out the yellow pages and start calling auto salvage yards. there are about 100 in des moines
