On his way down?

I got pictures of this buck on a cam, he has a pretty big body & I was noticing how short his snout was. I was guessing 100-110 on score, give me an opinion on age and score. A couple of guys I know were saying 135-140 because his body is big but I just don't see it....

Mass measurements look ok.

Im guessing your looking at a buck in the mid to upper 120s.
Short snout is just a character of his head. I would say he is not on his way down. Big belly but not sway backed. Doesnt give me impression of a 5.5+ year old.

I don't think that buck is on his way down, IMO- he'll be bigger next year. "IF" that was the ONLY reason you were going to shoot him, I'd say NO.

he'd go 135 ish, a nice deer. probably could use another year, but his age is hard to tell, body size seems 4 but his rack is more like a 3 year old.

I'll guess that buck is a minimum of 4 1/2, if not 5 1/2. He's solid and big everywhere that a mature buck should be. Mid 130's up top for a guess.
