Might be raising twins successfully too. The leg looks terrible. Broke? Dislocated? Wire wrapped around it? It is facing almost backwards at the hoof but it also looks like she is still using it some too.
Last week on a farm I hunt, the farmer found an actual leg in a fence... no deer. The deer got it caught and it actually pulled away somehow. Its amazing what some deer do and can live with.

I watched a fawn try to jump a fence in a ditch last week and it stuck the steel post right through its chest. It didnt survive but it made me wonder how many deer die or severely hurt themselves a year from fences.
Even with the pain she must have she is still there protecting her little ones!! I wish some of the idiots I see in Walmart would care about their kids like that!!
That is a nasty twist on it! I hope you can get her out of her misery soon!
