Read the Oust XP label, pull it up on a PDF file, easy to google/find & read thru it. I would avoid Oust on any of the shrubs u listed BUT I suppose maybe u were not planning on using Oust on those anyways. Atrazine or Simizine will be fine on those, Paul has also got me to buy some Prowl (also called Stealth) herbicide on my shrubs- I'll combine the 2 and also use either Clethodim (if any risk shrubs have come out of dormancy) or round-up if they are still dead asleep yet.
