P41 Question

I hacked my second P41 last night.
Problem I am having is my camera is not going together very good. The seam at the top seem to be open a little. I took it apart three or four times to try and move the wires coming out.
It did the same thing each time.
It works just fine but don't want moisture getting in it.
Should I keep trying to fix it or should I put some electrical tape over it.

Sounds like you may be pinching the wires. What size wire did you use? Anything bigger than 30 gauge can cause some issues. Also what type of shutter assembly did you use?

Like the above, either a wire size issue or the wires are keeping it from closing well. I always liked the cleaner look with the camera closing well. but if it is working fine for now, just use it. I would worry about making it more cosmetic after the season is over and you have pulled the cam.

I am using the 3 wire servo from Hag's.
I might of cut it too short and it could be binding?
I think I will get it out and do like you guys said and clean it up after season.

if you need another servo let me know, I have several laying around...26 g wire I think
