PA Pheasant Hunt

My nephew went on a pheasant and chucker hunt on a private property recently and had a blast. I wasn't invited. Love the pic of the old vehicle used for the photos!

Pheasants in PA?!? Is that a common thing or fairly rare? They release the birds or native?
We had a few pockets in southern MI when I was a kid that were full of pheasants. *ottawa county, mi. When I visit now, I don’t hear those stories anymore.
That’s great photo & with that amount of birds, u need to get an invite next time!!!!

Unfortunately, back until the early 90's we still had a good population. Nothing like the 60's through the 80's when they were very abundant. Now they are mostly stocked birds though there are a very few areas that still have wild birds. Dang, I miss those days!
