I had to post and gloat a little in my success.
Short version: I changed cables this spring, and arrow shafts this summer. My groups were very inconsistent.
I got online and read up on the paper tuning process....built a handy-dandy frame...bought a Sunday paper and started shooting.
My tears were porpoising high and fishtailing right. After some adjustments on the Microtune I ended up with a pretty decent tear pattern. My spines are a little stiff (according to the experts) but my groups are fantastic. Best of all, my new Crossfire's that were shooting 3"-5" left are now dead on.
I should have done this a month ago.
