Pat's Buck

On Saturday Josh (avidhunter) and I went up to Adams County and spent the day hunting with my brother Pat and our friend Jay. The four of us were hunting relatively open farming sections with some brushy draws and CRP ground. We took turns posting, two of us on escape routes, while the other two walked through the sections trying to push the deer. We had a great time hunting together and we did manage to move a lot of deer. We even managed to get a couple of them.

This photo is my brother Pat and the fine buck that he harvested during our hunt. Pat made a great shot on this buck at approximately 100 yards.

What an awesome late season buck...thats proof why you stick out the season (i ended mine rooster hunting)....congrats on that buck!

I want to congratulate my brother Pat on this fine buck he harvested.

Pat isn’t very active on iowawhitetail, so I hope that all of you will encourage him to become more active.

And besides, he is employed by Miller Lite Company!
