Peta Kills Animals!

My guess would be that when they built this animal shelter they had little to no knowledge of animals and what it really takes to try and keep them all alive. ( most peta members are city folks with no real exposure to animals)
But Im sure this little life lesson will be lost and they will continue their radical behavior.
Thanks for the article, the more informed we are the better prepared we will be to defend our position.

WOW! Amazing! You won't see that on CBS.

A group called the Center for Consumer Freedom took out a giant billboard in Times Square to spread the word. I love it! A picture of the billboard is in this link: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=44226

"While PETA in 2003 adopted out 14 percent of its animals, the Center for Consumer Freedom notes, other animal shelters had a much higher placement rate. That same year, the Norfolk, Va., SPCA found adoptive homes for 73 percent of its animals, while the Virginia Beach SPCA adopted out 66 percent."

They had plenty of money to take care of these animals. Peta raked in almost 29 million dollars last year. Hopefully the people who send them money thinking that they use it to help animals will wake up and do some research into this group.

I had a couple of these "extreemists" in my class in Veterinary school...very intelligent folks with essentially no common sense. I just don't understand the mentality that some have and it scares me that these folks actually reproduce.

My oldest boy went D.C. on a trip a couple of years ago & he came home w/ PETA comic book. I read this thing & I about died! It's titled "a chickens life". It is so full of crap that I asked if I could have it. He said it was like a looney fairy tale anyways. Thank God he realized it for himself!
If you can get ahold of one of these it will astound you, PETA Kids Comics.

It's genetic. Way back in the olden days, all the PETA-type folks got eaten by fuzzy little grizzly bears. Now that the bears are out of the way they're propagating like crazy and spreading around the PETA gene. Sort of the antithesis of "only the strong survive". Or so I've heard.
