Picture sizing?

If it is possible can someone please tell me how i can change the size of one of my pictures for posting. I have one to put on shredders post but i can't figure out how to resize my image.

I use PhotoImpact. It's a program that came on my pc. If you have that I could help you through it. If not you could email me the pic and I'll size it for you then mail back. Jay
