I put the trail camera out last weekend and havent checked it yet, so I will put in pictures taken from the van.

Good grief that buck on the left in that first pic is a pig! Have you seen him before? I can't beleive he's showing himself during the daylight. Good luck with him this year!

I am using my Nikon D50 with a 300 2.8 lens.

Those are some incredible pics. I assume you're using the window mount shown in picture? Does it attach to the lens instead of the camera body for better balance? I have a similar mount for a spotting scope but it has always seemed awkward to use.
