Please help

I know that I am a complete moron, but can someone please walk me through the steps of posting a pic from photobucket? Like you were teaching a two year old. I used to be able to post them straight from my gallery on this site but cannot anymore for whatever the reason. I opened a photobucket account and I read the sticky on this and the video doesn't really pertain to this site. (or I'm just too stupid to figure this out.) I dont know why posting pics has to be so fricken difficult. I know you have to browse and get the image code in the box, but how on earth does one do that? Sorry for the rant. Just techno-frustrated right now

Click on the image in Photobucket to enlarge it. Over on the right, there will be a list of image links. Copy the one that starts and ends [ IMG ], copy ALL of it and paste it into your post.

Then, preview it before submitting. If it doesn't show the pic in the preview, it won't be there when you submit.

In the same vein as the above question is this possible on I-Phone4. I can get it to show copy but dont know how to paste it. Also technically challenged. Lol
