PMA Membership info

Just registered as a member today (dang excited to find my new home!) but was curious about the PMA Memberships. I see some are listed as PMA Members and some just as members like me. I think I will become a PMA Member soon, I was just curious how many PMA Members there are, and if any of you would recommend becoming one. Thanks

PMA membership is definitely worth the 16 bucks. There are tons of stories of great hunts along with photos of some tremendous deer taken by the PMA members this year in there. The photos alone are worth the money to me. Additionally the PMA forum provides a tremendous amount of additional tips and info about hunting. Finally, by joining you are entered into the big buck contest for the next year with a chance of winning some great gear. Hope this helps.

Jkratz has it right, but he left out the comraderie that goes on in PMA. The personal touch is great. Its like sitting around a hot stove in the dead of winter. Asking no quarter and giving none.

For example, I see your screen name is in reference to Notre Dame. My two favorite teams in the college sports are the Hawkeyes and who ever is playing the Golden Domers. And by the way, nobody can spell worth a chit either.

Welcome. Join the PMA. It's a hoot. Where else can you find out the state record for green sun fish? Or a dog named Bubbles?

I was just noticing last night how many great bucks there were in the PMA Harvest Forum that can't be found anywhere else on the site. Not to mention the "Legends" threads that 'Bonker was alluding to.

Those who aren't PMA members are definitely missing a lot!
