PMA Membership?

I finally decided to join but was shunned when I tried. Do you have to have a paypal? It appeared I didn't need one but when I tried to sign up via credit card it claims I already have a paypal account, which I don't. I'm confused. Aside from sending a check any other way I can sign up?

uhmm... This is twice this has happened. If you do it by paypal it's not instantaneous. Give the administrators time to switch your membership status around. Have some patience. Thanks!

I may be wrong, but I think a credit card is all you need. Please don't get discouraged, we will try and sort this out ASAP!

I used PayPal recently. I had forgotten that I had an account that I had used in the not to recent past, maybe a couple of years. I couldn't remember my password, but I knew my sign in name would have been Fishbonker. I just followed the instructions for forgotten passwords and got it done. Just a suggestion.

I've tried a couple times too but get that paypal problem as well, if I have an account, I don't remember anything about it but apparently I do so I can't pay via the credit card. I'd rather do it that way as I hate getting nickel and dimed at the bank for U.S $$ orders, they charge way more than they're worth.

I tried as well recently. no luck. They sure don't make it easy to join. Why not just take a CC. For you admins out there on this site, what is your conversion rate on that signup page anyway. I think that should tell you something.
