pool cue mishap (kinda gross)

I've played pool for 30 years and never once did it ever cross my mind that a cue would shatter on a break. OUCH.

I'll let youngmoose explain......

Moosehunter summed it up pretty good. When I broke, my bulging muscles kicked in and cracked my cue, and with the foul through I pushed right through my finger.

Lucky my triger finger is on my right hand.

Looks alot like room number #2 at UIHC Trauma Center. If it was, I sure hope you didn't mention my name. They'da used the dull needles.

All soft tissue or is there bone involvment?

Oh yeah, OUCH!!!!

Just missed the bone. But I have to go back some time this week and find out how much nerve damage I will have.

I think I see Rompun and Combiotic in the cooler behind your hand. Stiff dose of both and you should be good to go!

I guess if your name is Youngmoose and you are as healthy as a horse- Rompun and Combiotic are as good as anything. Hope you got a few "good pills" for humans too.

Huummmmmph. Here I never broke with my own cue knowing it was possible to break it. Never figured the damage it could do to me!!!

Note to self buy aluminum cue for breaking
