Well my girlfriend and I hunted this farm during turkey season, and after seeing deer trails that looked like cattle trails we went back and got permission for bow and late muzzy season. Never deer hunting it before, and only seeing it during turkey season we went back in a put in a camera in a bedding/travel route between bedding and food.....first pull....first deer and he shows up! He's running around on a piece that is 700 acres (300 ag land) and is WELL ahead of any other deer we have seen in the area. He's a stud....or well "Hunk" as she said, so the name stuck. We had over 200 pictures of him and his buddy in 3 days. My girlfriend has claimed him as her's haha....be a HECK of a first deer for her, or for anyone at that matter!
P.s. I started running the NEW version of the Primos 35's, absolutely impressed with them to the core so far! Best $80 i've spent on a camera.
Meet "Hunk"
This is "hunk" and his buddy "Partner" for a comparison shot....
And for the finale, this is the COOLEST picture i've ever gotten....check the lightening in the background....got lucky there!
