Pray for us, EHD is happening once again

I found this buck sunday afternoon, I had him on the trail camera 4 nights prior to finding him dead,

Pretty sure I will be finding more as on my short walk this afternoon it the 100 degree heat I smelt more of these horrific snench in an other area, I will be hitting that area later this week ,
This next one is from a friend that his buddy walked up on a little farther south from us.

New reports coming in daily from both the southern and Northern section's of good ole Il.
I know some of you guy's in Iowa are seeing it start up there as well,just be thankful you do not have the amount of Hunters we do in Il, Some of our once know best counties for whitetail hunting are fading fast!!

Very sad to hear Barb, we got hit hard last year, but so far nothing here yet. Hope you have some older bucks with resistance built up from last year.

Finding a dying deer like that and not being able to do a damn thing about it has got to be one of the worst feelings I could imagine. Call me a baby, but that there almost brings a tear to the eye. Sorry to see this is happening again.

I've lost 1 deer in a year. I haven't got hit hard in my area nothing yet. Hope you don't find anymore like either of those. That would kill me.

Sometimes mother nature can be a real b**ch! What a crying shame! Hope and pray that this cold front brings some rain for us all in the Midwest.
