Predator Control Time

We are getting to the end of September and I am getting urge to do some predator hunting. I have been doing my scouting and find there is a large population of coyotes around here.

I plan to getting the FoxPro out and doing some damage to some coyotes this week. The young yotes are usually relatively easy to call this time of year.

I went to the range today and did some shooting with my predator guns .

Savage Predator model XP10 .223 caliber, I bought this firearm a year ago and had never shot it until today.

Good luck.. Wished I would've had my .204 out yesterday evening.. I was sitting on a gravel road on my 4wheeler talking to my neighbor and one yipped at another neighbors dog for over 15 minutes probably ony 200 yds or so away.. I couldn't believe he stood there that long!

What's with that low flyer from the Savage, Ron?? ;) I've heard nothing but good from Savages these last couple of years.

Nice grouping!

Nice group Blake. I'd leave that bolt to look at. LONG LIVE THE BLACK RIFLE!
Good luck smakin those songdogs this week. Hope to see some harvest pics.

Pretty cool Blake! I've been getting lots of yotes on camera lately. Maybe time to break out 'black death' and do some calling.
