Had my first experience with Primos DB CS yesterday and I was pleased with tmy initial interaction. My old BS5 has had the top hub system tear loose from the roof and one of the light rods has snapped again.

"They simply said send it in and we will take care of it for under 20$ including shipping". I was pleased with that level of service. I will follow up the post when I get it back. So far so good. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif

I sent mine in after season because of two tears on Wed.
UPS said it would be there on that Friday.

By Wed. of the following week it was back and fixed.
Can't beat that.

I hope they keep that level of service throughout.

I paid shipping there.
I think it was around $25.00 - $30.00 which included insurance.(Did not want to see UPS wreck it)

They paid the return shipping.

No charge for the work.

I've got 28.50 into getting there USPS (insurance/prioritymail/shipping conf).

You should unless they send it back COD.

I doubt they will charge you though. I am sure UPS cuts them a pretty good break.

They treated me very well this spring when my Dark horse got a major tear in it in Kansas. I sent it in and had a new one in about 3 days. Only cost 10 bucks!
 
Almost forgot to update this thread. Got my blind back and they replaced all the light weight rods and repaired my roof for me free of charge. I paid shipping both ways and that was it. They also threw in the latest DB video and a bag for the blind free of charge. I was very pleased with the service! Took less then 2 weeks door to door. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif
