proposed new regulation questions?

In reading over the new hunting regulations, I have two questions: What will be required to prove you are a property owner? A property tax number, or something similar? Will you have to show it at your local license dealer, or WalMart? Second,,When you call in to report your kill, what will you receive to prove your deer is registered? Just wondering?

You will call an 800 number or go to website,give your tax # and you will be given a account # for lack of a better word( think they were working on some details).If you are a owner you will be able to get your tag instantly.If you are a tenent it will take about 7 days.The DNR will have a publicity blitz to let everyone know about how, where and when. I don't have all the proposed rules in front of me, if I've gotten something wrong I'll correct it tomorrow.
On the harvest report you call call in, go to website, or vendor.Once you give the information you will be given an authorization # to put on your tag.
