Just thought I would share...the action is heating up!

Sunday morning after the QDMA banquet I left Vman's place and came across the southern end of the state. I counted 12-15 Toms in open fields in full strut with hens all around them. All the fields were frosted over and the temp was 24 degrees with the sun shinning brightly. Things are getting ready to heat up!

Gobblers are strutting all over the place down here in SW Iowa. I have been seeing them with hens, singles, and in bachelor groups, doesn’t seem to matter they are a struttin.

i have been seeing some strutting up where i live, but only thing i kno is that theyll be strutting when i bring him down!!

April 8th Curly is going to be late to school. I may do a ninja back flip when he arrows his first bow birb.

TeeRoy, if I do one it will be in Double Bull fashion no doubt. They look painful but if the kid kills his first with a bow I just may compress some vertebra in celebration.

Mr Wood say sing. Some how sounds better.
