QDMA Launches Redesigned Website
<O:p</O:p
The Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) announced the launch of its redesigned website, www.QDMA.com, on Wednesday.

The new QDMA.com website, produced in partnership with Caddis Interactive, is designed to be easy to navigate while becoming more informative, interactive and visually appealing through several enhancements and new features.

"Delivering educational content for deer hunters is now the primary focus of the QDMA website," said QDMA Director of Communications Lindsay Thomas Jr. "If you want to learn how to improve your hunting through Quality Deer Management, this will be the place to go on the Web. On the organization side, the new site also allows us to better support our members and volunteers as they help us achieve the QDMA mission: to ensure the future of white-tailed deer, wildlife habitat and our hunting heritage."

The redesign of the site includes dedicated content areas covering whitetail biology, Quality Deer Management, habitat improvement, herd management, herd monitoring, deer hunting and food plots. Each topic has a dedicated area of the site that will include educational articles, blog entries, videos and photo galleries.

The more structured navigation of the site makes it easier to find and reach QDMA Branches, locate resources such as the Whitetail Report, and get the latest QDMA news and Branch news. Additionally, the functionality of the site will simplify the process of learning about and signing up for QDMA membership, National Convention, Deer Steward certification, land certification and the youth group the Rack Pack.

In addition to the dedicated educational content areas, some other new features on QDMA.com include:
Video content
Photo galleries
An interactive Branch directory map
The ability to "Search QDMA"
Comment sections following articles, blogs and news items
Archived QDMA news and Branch news
The ability for users to share useful content through social media

QDMA Social Media Platforms:
Supplemental to the launch of a redesigned website, QDMA's web presence includes a host of social media platforms to help provide members, the media, fans and followers with the latest and most up-to-date news and information from the organization. QDMA social media platforms include:

Facebook
Twitter
Google+
YouTube
