Does anyone know if you can hunt within city limits in Council Bluffs? If so, do you know if there are any requirements you have to meet or any certain areas you have to hunt? My nephews girlfriends' parents have been seeing two big bucks in their backyard and they are tired of them tearing up their trees. They live on a dead end street and are the last house there. Thanks
