question from the classic

did anybody sample the jerky at the classic? not from the booth with the dudes in white lab coats. the booth was beeing manned by a couple kids, and the company was from minnestoa. they had the LONG sticks, and huge slabs of jerky. i forgot to go back and get a card (and more jerky) anybody have their info?
