Question on sights for 3D

I've never shot any 3D courses before but would like to try some this year. My question is what are the average distances to the targets on 3D courses? I have a 3 pin hunting sight currently set-up for 20, 30 and 40 yards. Is this good for 3D or do I need to look at changing my pin settings or going to a 5 pin sight?

Most of the targets are in the 20-40 yard range. You do get a few that you need to reach out over 40 yards for. If you are just doing this to fine tune your shooting during the off month's, then I would leave everything as is. If you are doing it for competetion, you had better add at least a 50 yard.
