I use them on Easton Axis with a biscuit. I think it is one of the best shooting arrow combinations I have ever used.

Actually... without getting too long winded here... I shot a beautiful 170" class 5x5 that I did not kill... arrow deflected into shoulder joint off a small limb.... only got 3" of penetration.... I have been pouting ever since... very difficult pill to swallow....
As far as the equipment questions... due to some health issues (Rheumatoid arthritis) and other issues too long to explain here, I am likely hanging up the recurve for a while. I am looking at getting a compound with a high let-off to ease the tear on my joints.... it has been almost 20 years since I shot a compound, so the equipment is all rather new to me....
p.s. By the way I shoot a Zipper custom made recurve in curly maple... not a widow
