Rack Scoring

Hey, can anyone give me a general idea on how to score racks, or is there a web site that would have directions on how to measure it for myself. I'm just curious to what mine scores for my own curiousity.

you first mearsure inside spread of main beams.then measure the main beams.next measure all typical tines.then take four circumfrences. then measure non-typical tines.then add up the left side to the right side and subtract the difference and non-typical points and add up after deductions.then you would have a net typical score.to get non-typical net score.subtract sisde-to-side difference and add non typical points.Boone and Crockett(fire arm) minimum score for typical is 160.for boone and crockett non-typical is 185.
for Pope and young(bow) typical is 125.for pope and ypung non-typical is 155.

Theo, There is a really neat web page where you can score your own rack. It's at www.edersbow.com . When you get to the page it's on the left hand side it will say Score Whitetail. It will give you some instructions and will automatically caculate it for you and you can print out the score sheet.
