Rage Extreme 2.3" Broadhead

Has anbody tried these yet? Have you shot anything with them?

I bought some however my concern is the retaining collar. The old style o-rings seemed ok however with the new plastic oring it the blade pops out once it seems to be shot and needs to be replaced.

Let me know your thoughts/experience.:way:
