Real Hunting Rendevous at Raccoon Ridge

Here is an email I received this morning from Linda Thompson at Raccoon Ridge. Thought some of you might be interested. Sounds like a good time.

RealHunting.us is holding their 1st annual rendevous at Raccoon Ridge!!
Food is provided @ no cost and shooting is $5 for each 28 target section. Plans to roast hog (hogs?) sweet corn etc. Sounds like a real fun time!!
Date is August 26th - You do not have to be a member of RealHunting to participate. Steve assures me that all are welcome. They will be debuting their hunting DVD at the music hall with several bow & gun kills.
Attached is a flyer that will provide further details.
Also, don't forget our 84 shot Traditional Shoot on Aug 19-20. I have my grandson lined up to throw aerials and if I can round up enough targets, we'll have the speed shoot also.

I'd love to Tee, but there is a "Weapons of Mass Destruction" demo going on at the armory. They want to put my SWITCHBACK on display as the worlds most efficient killing machine!

its not an IBA event.

the event is open to everyone. MY question is...what time will the hog be cooked? i don't want to get there too early and miss the food. i haven't had roast hog in years
