Nfl channel analyst compared ponder to aaron rodgers...that would be great. At first I was surprised, but the vikings have drafted very well in the first and 2nd round in the past 5 yrs...adrian peterson, harvin, rice greenway....so we will see? Keep in mind the vikes were one stupid penalty away from the super bowl, then percy is inches from a td to beat the packers at lambeau, if he keeps his toe in, the pack never make the playoffs, so the nfl champion is often decided by one key play. I would guess the vikes will be :500 this year, and ponder will probably be the back up. Webb has some potential in my opinion? Packers should be very good, but it is tough to repeat

I admit it................. I am a die hard Vikings fan. moon:THA4)
I dont have a problem with the pick at all. Smart guy, accurate, athletic and meshes well with the new OC in Minnesota.
I find it amusing to hear fans of teams act as if they have a clue when it comes to runnng a team. If they did they would be ummmmm........how do I say it......well running a team
These people get paid to figure this stuff out and I say let it play out before you start complaining. JMO

Vikes: Peterson, Harvin, Rice, Ray Edwards, Greenway, Kevin Williams, Randy Moss.
Remember when Moss was a gamble, so was Harvin, and Adrian Peterson was an injury risk..
The Packers picked Rodgers when he sat in the green room for three hours, they really made a hell of a pick in Matthews, that clinched it for them...and to be honest, although I hate the Packers, I was cheering for them to win the Super Bowl this year....(that was hard) but back at you TH:moon:
