Found 20 yards from where I found the sheds last year.

Related? Maybe, but there are lots of major differences that might say otherwise. Definitely not the same deer.

Show…
Pictures don't show it very well but they just seem to be very a like in many ways. I know it's not the same Deer but I THINK it might be a sibling. I found one of those sheds 20 yards away on the same Deer path last year. This Buck was hit by a train...before you say BS it was about 10 yards from the tracks and it had quite a few broken bones and it's legs looked like someone took a chainsaw to them. There was bone all around right there. I'm hoping to find the other Bucks sheds this year, I saw one just like him on hoof while shed hunting about 300 yards away from where I found his sheds.

If you are still seeing bucks carrying, relax a few weeks, and then get back after the sheds..no sense in pushing them out of the area for one or two here and there... Last year I waited until the 3rd weekend of February and the first weekend in March...Picked up 27 in those 2 weekends.. It helped that I didnt push the deer out, and they were able to drop there...

Flugge, that's what I'm doing. I'm just finding dead Buck right now. He went right to another place where I have permission to shed hunt and I'm not worried.
