Anyone know a place to get fiber optics to replace sight pins? Ran a stick up through my sight window and managed to break one off, fortunately I have 4 other pins and a whole other sight but would really like to get this fixed up. I remember a long while back some of the members were buying fiber optic strands in bulk, any help? Thanks!
 
Used to be a place called south coast fiber optics in florida but my link no longer works.... Limb may have the guys number...I know he has ordered from him before
 
I am not sure what happened to Gerald. He was goin through the big D and that may have liquidated SCFO. Another one to take a look at is fitz fiber it is a decent site to look through as well.

How much do you need muddy. I may have 60 or 70 ft left...

Limb, I'd like to get some to fix the site and then have some leftover for future accidents. Got more than one color? Few feet of green and a few feet of yellow would be sweet.

Did you ever get any from Southcoast fiber optics in FL? I was just wondering how it compared. Fitz is quite a bit more expensive. I am guessing it is close but wasn't sure.

I have green, yellow, red, orange, blue. Do you have .29 or .19 on that plastic piece of crap?

Limb, can i just buy new fiber and put in in the sight. Or do i need to send the whole sight in to get fixed? I have a Trophy Ridge. And no i'm not buying a Spot Hogg!

muddy has one as well you may check with him. I am sure you can probably do it yourself. Careful when you melt the end of the fiber so you don't melt the plastic sight window...

Heating up the head of a nail then pressing it to the end of the fiberoptic should work great I'm thinking. Buddy of mine has fixed his fiberoptics like that on his Trophy Ridge sight.

Hunting tonite Limb? I can give ya a buzz after I get outta the stand, maybe run over and grab some.
