Resident or Non-Resident?

I took a buddy turkey hunting this spring, so, needless to say, he had to buy a resident hunting license. About a month ago he moved back up to Minnesota. My question: Can he buy a resident deer tag and/or hunt pheasant here this fall? Is the resident license still valid?

BC - there are a lot of variables, does he have a minnesoata drivers license now? Call the DNR at the wallace building and ask them for sure.

Sorry- No, I checked this out last year for a friend. Your friend is no longer a resident & would not qualify for a resident deer tag or even qualify to hunt small game on the resident license he purchased this spring.
