A photobucket account works great. If you are looking for something to edit images as well, I always recommend ImageJ. It is free for download (a google search should point you to the website). It is a safe download as it is from the NIH (National Institute of Health). You can change file formats, crop images, blow up area of images, change brightness and contrast, etc. I recently bought a larger memory chip for my digital camera and thought I would start taking pictures at maximum resolution. They are too big to post so I just crop out the area of interest. This leaves the remaining image at high resolution while making the file smaller.
